For this Rainbow Collage task, the most interesting thing was finding the kumara for purple in this rainbow because it was the hardest to find. I had fun sorting them by colours before making the rainbow.

I chose to draw the baby chick as Emma´s request with the extra of her sausage dog.


I chose the Silkie hen and the rooster because I have chickens at home. I chose the leaf and the star because it was easy to draw. I chose the squirrel because I like squirrels.





Today´s SLJ activities was about Snowball poem. A Snowball poem is a type of poem with either 1 word or 1 letter longer than the last line. This is my poem on Summer.

The seven people in the stamp are representing the guiding principles that Kwanzaa celebrates are unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity, and faith.

One of the tasks for SLJ was design a machine that will help to sleep and wake up. Just to clarify, SLJ stands for Summer Learning journey. I designed one and named it The Brainvigorator. This is what I created.
