During this school holidays, there is this programme called Autumn Learning Journey. It is where you complete as many activities as you can. One of the activities is making some Anzac Biscuits for Anzac Day. Anzac Day is on the 25th of April and remembers the people who died in the first and second world war. Anzac stands for Australia New Zealand Army Corps and is celebrated in both Australia and New Zealand. Anzac biscuits uses the main ingredient of oats because it doesn’t go off so easily and was easy to store. Originally, Anzac Biscuits were square so I made them square. Here are some pictures of me making my Anzac biscuits.
What biscuits do you like to eat?
Yum Isa! These biscuits looks so yummy. You might have inspired me to make some in the weekend.
Keep up the great learning and blogging,
