Hello there, Spring-tastic to see you again! This time, the activity was to create a Spring garden. For it to relate to spring, I decided to add some spring flowers blooming and some vegetables growing to make it a garden. On the lawn behind, I thought it would be cool to have a hen with it’s hatchling because it’s a very good season for chooks to go broody. Along with the hatchlings, I left a few eggs as hens start laying. I have seen many butterflies and ladybugs, so I put butterflies in the sky and a ladybug somewhere. See if you can find the ladybug!
What do you like to plant and grow during spring?
Hi Isa, your spring garden looks so good! I really like all of the details you put into it. Your writing is very specific , but a nice amount! Where did you find the spring learning journey??
Hi Kiara,
Thanks for your comment. I found the Spring Learning Journey on Miss Watherston’s class site. At the end of term 3, some of the students from room 2 said to me something about the Spring Learning Journey, so I checked their class site. You can find it by searching our school on Google and finding room 2. Another way is to search Spring Learning Journey 2025, and it should come up. Here is the link for rooms 1, 2 and 3’s class site. https://sites.google.com/nbc.school.nz/nbc-yr-4-6-classsite-2025/home

Thank you so much
